I would like to raise a complaint regarding my recent experience at your store in Moorabbin. I work as a food delivery driver, and as usual, I went directly to the restaurant immediately after accepting the order. Unfortunately, the older gentleman at the counter, who may be the owner, spoke to me in a very rude and disrespectful manner. He made unnecessary comments implying that I was wasting time instead of doing my job properly, which I found unfair and unprofessional. I recently had the pleasure of dining at this hidden gem of a restaurant. I had the pleasure of trying their kebabs and HSP (Halal Snack Pack), and I must say, it was an experience worth raving about. The kebabs were a perfect blend of flavors, and the HSP was a hearty mix of salads, crispy chips, meat and delicious sauces. The chicken was tender, perfectly marinated with spices. The homemade traditional garlic sauce was outstanding and a must-try. And for my vegetarian friends, the falafel kebab is a game-changer! The place looks super clean and I was excited to try this place after driving past however was quickly disappointed. I asked to taste the chicken meat before committing to buy and the lady placed a few pieces in a small container from a tub in a bain marie for my husband and I. She gave us no forks etc so we picked a piece out each with our hands and tried it. She then threw what was left back into the tub! I decided on the lamb and chips.
